Confidential Application for Financial Assistance or Payment Plan
Each participant in Leadership Jacksonville Next Generation is asked to pay a fee of $500. While the program costs much more to provide ($2000 per participant), the bulk of the expenses (including the retreat, materials, facilities and meals for all program days) are covered through donations by individuals, corporations and foundations. Therefore, there will not be any additional expense to the participant beyond this $500.00 tuition fee.
A limited number of partial scholarships are available to assist those who demonstrate financial need to cover their tuition expenses. The minimum contribution that an individual must make is $100. This minimum payment is due with this application, no later than Thursday, May 27, 2021. Those receiving financial assistance will be notified of the amount awarded and full payment of the balance of tuition for those receiving Financial Assistance is due no later than Friday, July 30, 2021.
Payment plans are available by request and to qualify for a payment plan, this application must be completed and returned together with a minimum $100 payment by Thursday, May 27, 2021. The form should be completed with proposed dates and amounts for future payments but the final payment is due no later than Friday, July 30, 2021. Those applying for financial assistance are also eligible to apply for a payment plan for the balance of their tuition not covered by financial assistance.
The Leadership Jacksonville Chief Executive Officer will make the final decisions on financial assistance. All applicants for financial assistance or payment plans will be notified by Tuesday, June 1, 2021 of the decision regarding their application.
