HALL OF FAME


Our History

Leadership Jacksonville was formed in 1976 as a vehicle to stimulate the growth of leadership in our community.
Under the guidance of the late Frederick H. Schultz, the organization’s first President, Leadership Jacksonville was formed with the interest and financial support of the Junior League of Jacksonville, JAX Chamber and the Jacksonville Community Council, Inc. (JCCI)
Milestones:
- Leadership Jacksonville graduated its first class in 1977 with 29 members.
- New Leadership Summit was first held in 2003.
- Next Generation graduated its first class in 2005.
- Youth Leadership Jacksonville graduated its first class in 1991 with 40 high school juniors from 31 schools.
- The Jacksonville Legacy Series first aired in 2012 withDr. Frances Bartlett Kinne.
